Eligibility Requirements

Minimum driver age: 21 years (may vary by vehicle category)
Valid driving license held for at least 2 years
Valid passport or national ID
Accepted payment method

Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability. Prices shown on the website may change depending on
season, vehicle type, or rental duration. CARTRIP.AZ reserves the right to request a deposit or full
payment before vehicle handover.

Vehicle Usage Rules

Vehicles may only be used within Azerbaijan unless written permission is provided
Only drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle
Use for illegal activities, racing, towing, or subleasing is prohibited

Insurance and Liability

Vehicles include standard insurance coverage in accordance with Azerbaijani law.
Insurance does not cover damages caused by negligence, alcohol or drug use, or traffic violations.

Fuel, Mileage, and Returns

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
Mileage limits and return conditions are defined in the rental agreement.

Cancellations and Governing Law

Cancellation terms vary by booking conditions and season.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
